The London Burger Guide

The humble hamburger traces its origins to the 19th Century "Hamburg steak" in Germany. From there, the pounded beef recipe migrated to the US of A where it blossomed into it's modern day equivalent. In recent years, the hamburger has slowly but surely taken over the big smoke to the point where londoners can be proud of the ol' mince & bun. This guide is 'live' and will get continual updates as I burger up so you can pick the best and forget the rest.
