Going Downhill Fast

I ordered a pizza from Firezza to be delivered last night, it was their 'Firezza' and I was utterly disappointed. It is supposed to be their signature pizza but was virtually inedible. What used to be slivers of fresh tasty aubergine have become lumps of tasteless mushy vegetable matter.

In the past 18 months the quality of ingredients have dropped dramatically and some pizzas have been delivered part cooked, part cremated and sometimes even both.
