Located in the heart of London’s super-stylish Notting Hill, Guesthouse West couldn’t be further from the usual bed-and-breakfast stereotype. There is no chance of an amble through verdant hills, but ample opportunity to pound the pavements of Westbourne Grove, marvelling at the ever-growing number of chic boutiques. There’s no rib-sticking English breakfast either, just a generous selection of croissants, pain au chocolat, muesli, yoghurt and toast with French butter.
