The name meaning 'Sake Flower' doesn't serve wine but instead boasts a pretty complete sake list and a very capable sommelier, who can recommend a style to go with every dish, if you so wish. Sushi is top-notch and the toro is one of the best in the city. The menu highlights, however, are the variety of cooked dishes separated by the various cooking methods. The setting is a complicated design of bamboo and the entrance is via a space-age elevator to the first floor. Try the octopus karaage.

Top class, really interesting and varied
I had about 4 dished I'd never tried before all of which were superb, ask the knowledgable staff. Interiors amazing, and a great atmosphere. Not cheap, but great for a special occasions. Only downside, it was full of cretinous city boys talking loudly on their blackberrys when we were there. But as most of them are now unemployed, it will probably be fine.
Basically the more you experiment on the menu, the more you'll enjoy it.
