London's uber popular Metropolitan Hotel sits on Park Lane and enjoys commanding views across the scenic Hyde Park. The emphasis is on comfortable and contemporary design. The Met Bar is still a late night hotspot and the first floor houses the famous Nobu restaurant where the focus is on Japanese cuisine with a few South American influences. The food is innovative, superb and beautifully presented. Who goes there? Who doesn't go there?! Try their grandstand dish of Black Cod with Miso.
