As far as styles of Japanese restaurants go, the "izakaya" is one of our favorite genres. Focused on both food and drinks in equal measure, the idea here is to relax and order as you go. Kasadela is an excellent example of this laid-back approach to dining. Although “izakaya” is billed as Japanese pub food, don’t let that fool you. The plates are exquisitely detailed yet simple offerings and the sake list is a hit. If you are unsure of what to get just ask for a recommendation from your server
