Cheek-kissing Knightsbridge style mavens get it so right with this ooh la la Indian haunt. You'll be drooling over the cloud of tandoori yumminess coming from its open planned kitchen, which won't look very good with your Manolos, but is probably unavoidable. Specialising in sophisticated Indian grilled food in small portions, are on first thought are good for the figure, but on second thought, you'll be ordering seconds. Go for the grilled lamb chops infused with coriander, ginger and lime.

This is currently perhaps the best Indian restaurant in the country (in my opinion – I’m Indian!) refined, elegant, great service, our kids were made very welcome and the food was well presented. The tandoor was the main attraction for me, the grill is very popular with my family! When I die, I’d liked to be buried with their grilled lamb chop.... just in case I need a snack!
