Here, they specialise in surprising you with recognisable Indian dishes, like you've never had them before. You think you know Chicken Tikka Masala? You don't. That paltry stuff you get from your local ain't got nothin' on Kochhar's delicate yoghurt-infused nuggets of amazingness that make up his Lamb, Chicken Tikka and King Prawn Kebab Platter.
