Chin Chin Labs just recently opened their doors in Camden Market. Inspired by the likes of Heston Blumenthal, this ice-cream parlour prides itself on quality of product and thinking outside the box. Ice-creams are made to order with the use of liquid nitrogen (see picture) and are simply delicious to taste. This is supplemented by toppings such as popping chocolate! If you do one new thing soon, go visit Chin Chin Labs. You'll taste something unique and memorable. Highly recommended.
