Now the Vietnamese are taking the biergarten, at Bia Garden in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Serving up Asian brews ($4 per) and small, medium and large BBQ dishes, like crispy whole sole, sambal garlic frog and seared cuttlefish, all in the $2 to $18 range.
