Once you get your fill of art, head up to the fifth floor of the city’s most famous museum. The MET has a charming roof deck that plays host to small sculpture exhibits, occasional networking events, and (most importantly) cocktails. Grab a glass of champagne and contemplate this aesthetic question: what’s more inspiring, the French Masters downstairs, or the views of Central Park from the roof? The museum is open until 9 PM on Friday and Saturday night, perfect for a low key date.
