Park Slope's annual Seventh Heaven street fair packs the neighborhood's main drag with carts hawking all manner of cheap stuff, from knockoff handbags to cut-rate costume jewelry to antiques to on-the-spot caricature drawings to deep-fried snacks that will definitely throw your blood sugar for a loop. Not to mention live music and carnival rides. Word to the wise: bring water and sunscreen -- and get ready to have a ball on a shoestring budget.
