Many of you are familiar with the W-burg warehouse dwellers who bedecked their building in red tube lighting, spelling out their seemingly vain request: SAVE DOMINO. It seems the gods of urban preservation have heard their prayers. The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved a design to convert the main brick structure to multi-use retail and residential space. Hopefully common camera-carrying folk will have a chance to revel in the squalor before the rents rise higher than the fences.
