This sculpture is located in Bowling Green Park near Wall Street. It was created in 1987 by Di Modica, who illegally installed it near the stock exchange, after the 1987 market crash. The police seized the sculpture, but public outcry forced the Parks Department to reinstall, although it is several blocks from its original location at the stock exchange. Does it represent a bull market or golden calf to pray at? It’s your call!

Synonymous with Wall Street (apart from the banks)
This is one of the most common tourist pictures you'll see - people standing next to the bull. Stroll down Wall Street and you won't miss it!
