In an age of more is more; Byron go back to basics offering no gimmicks and no extras. They only let you choose between beef, chicken or veggie and they have quite possibly the shortest burger menu ever. The dining space is equally devoid with white walls and cold steel for tables, they don't even bother with desserts as the knickerboxer glory is just uninspired scoops of ice cream. The obsession is poured into it's superb byron sauce (capers...) and one amazing burger: the Byron. Simply proper.
New Kings Road store
a new one has just opened on the Kings Road as well...worth a look.
