The London Eye is one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions. But don’t let that put you off, it’s right in the centre of the city and the views are spectacular, just don’t forget to book ahead and turn up early to avoid the queues.

Amazing Views on a clear day!

Rating about 1 year ago

London Eye is Fab. I recently took my daughter for a visit. It's very surreal to be able to look down through the clear glass pods!
Don't forget the fantastic Dali figures at the base of the EYE. Must see and do in London for the family, although a bit pricey and not good on a rainy day!

Stunning views day or night; long queues, especially on weekends and all summer; interesting to go during fog & mist.

took my granny up here just before she died... she was ready for the glue factory and we thought it'd be cheaper than forking out for a plane ticket, being up high and all. She was google eyed with excitement, bless. I did notice a random musty smell though, a bit like a wet dog trapped in an attic. She thought she could see her house from up there, but i told her don't be silly, as we'd sold it to pay for a home for her, and a nice new bmw m3 to take her to the park on sundays.

Nice place to spend the afternoon. u can see all the Building and, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament & a lot of places. but take my advice and dont go there on weekend because the Q is to long. and for the parent if u want ur taking ur children to the eye. take them first to the bathroom . because there is no toilet up there.

Worth a look

Fantastic we had only 5 people in our capsule. They even stoped the wheel so that my son could walk around inside as he was to nervous to board at first. The staff were very helpful.

It's hard to impress a Londoner with a tourist attraction, yet the London Eye seems to achieve this. Come rain, sun or shine, this is a great place to go, with some of London's best views.
