French high cooking from Chef Eaves

Marcus Eaves was once a winner of the Gordon Ramsay Scholar award and now runs the new jewel of the London gastronomical world. The decor is an eclectic mix of warm woods & chillout music. Food includes seared foie gras served with pineapple sorbet and a sheet of peppered sugar sitting on top of it. The foie gras sizzles coolly while the dominant flavour mellows with the sorbet. The cooking is nigh-on perfect and the food features interesting contrasts that work. High cooking at its highest.

I just love this place!

Wonderful food. Not at all pretentious and very relaxed. The staff are great too. I don’t eat meat and mis-ordered my starter which was replaced immediately when I realised my mistake. There was no fuss at all.
I think this has to be one of the best meals I’ve had. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic Sunday lunch and great value!
I discovered this place by chance and I love it. I would definitely recommend it. The Sunday lunch menu in only £26.50 for 3 courses and when you get such heavenly food you realize what great value this is. I have eaten in many highly acclaimed restaurants in the UK and Spain and I think this is one of the best. I don’t know anything about the chef but he deserves congratulating - especially since they have just been awarded one Michelin star. Go before it gets too busy!
